According to new guidelines for massage therapists I am required to wear a “cloth face mask” while working with clients. I have worked with several clients while wearing a mask and it does not affect my ability to provide quality massage therapy. Other guidelines I will be practicing are disinfecting surfaces in between clients e.g. doorknobs, switches, table coverings, chairs, and bathroom facilities. Usual cleanliness measures are still in practice like changing sheets, blankets and washing hands in between EVERY client. Hand sanitizer will be provided for clients.
